Your order is an offer to purchase our products. Acceptance of your order takes place when we send you an email confirming your order has been accepted.

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and provide a refund where payment has already been taken.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where pricing errors occur, stock is unavailable, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address provided.

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within the statutory cancellation period provided under UK consumer law.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or unsealed laundry powder cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
