Sodium Carbonate

Also known as washing soda, sodium carbonate does two jobs in nudr. It raises the pH of the wash water, creating an alkaline environment that breaks down grease, oils and everyday soils so they can be rinsed away. It also softens hard water by binding to calcium and magnesium minerals that would otherwise reduce the effectiveness of the soap. The result is a cleaner wash with less product needed.

Sodium Chloride

Sodium chloride, better known as salt, plays a supporting role in nudr. In a powder detergent, it helps give the formula its texture and free-flowing consistency, ensuring the powder stays stable, doesn't clump and dispenses evenly with every scoop.
