Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Order Processing

All orders are dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 to 3 working days.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 to 2 working days, if selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. Any qualifying conditions will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather or delays within the Royal Mail network.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@nudr.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend the delivery address.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at customerservice@nudr.co.uk as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with Royal Mail and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
