Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, with the tamper seal intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at customerservice@nudr.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Opened Products

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed laundry powder unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@nudr.co.uk.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds promptly and within the timescales required by UK consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the payment.
